Refund Policy

Cancellation:

 

Cancellation of appointments is permitted providing they are done at least 24hrs prior to the appointment.

Refunds for appointment cancellations will incur a 15% loss of total appointment fee.If cancelled within 24hrs of the appointment, refunds will incur a 25% loss of the appointment fee.

Booking cancellations will occur and full payment will be lost after 3 rebooking’s if valid reason is not presented.

 

Refund Process:

 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method EFT/credit card within 7-10 business days after eligibility has been confirmed.
