Terms and Conditions of Service Agreement

Payment Terms

a. All services provided by Perfect Fit 4x4 Consulting require full payment before any appointment can be made, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
b. Payments must be made in advance via bank transfer, credit card or cash (no Phone payments will be accepted.
c. In the event that payment is not received by the agreed date, Perfect Fit 4x4 Consulting reserves the right to delay or cancel the scheduled appointment and any deposits may be forfeited.​

Customer Conduct and Service Refusal

a. Perfect Fit 4x4 Consulting expects all clients to maintain a respectful and professional demeanour when interacting with our employees, contractors, and representatives.
b. Any form of verbal, physical, or emotional abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward our employees, property, or reputation will not be tolerated.
c. Perfect Fit 4x4 Consulting reserves the right to refuse service or immediately discontinue work if any customer behaves in a manner that is deemed disrespectful, harmful, or damaging to our employees, property, or name.
d. In the event that service is refused or discontinued due to customer misconduct, any payments already made will not be refunded.

Liability for Third Party or Public Damages

a.Perfect Fit 4x4 Consulting holds no responsibility for any damage caused to the client's vehicle by third parties or members of the public while the vehicle is in our possession.
b. The client acknowledges that they are responsible for securing their vehicle against damage or loss caused by third parties prior to delivering the vehicle to Perfect Fit 4x4 Consulting.
c. Perfect Fit 4x4 Consulting will take reasonable steps to protect and care for the client's vehicle during the time it is in our possession, but will not be liable for any external factors or third-party actions.

d. Perfect Fit 4x4 Consulting will not be held accountable for any products and installation failures. All issues will need to follow manufacture and installers warranty process.

e. Perfect Fit 4x4 Consulting is only offering advice and suggestions and do not claim to be engineers or to understand the engineering behind the products.

Vehicle Care and Protection

a. Perfect Fit 4x4 Consulting will exercise reasonable care to ensure that clients' vehicles are respected and well-looked after while in our possession.
b. All vehicles will be stored in a secure, safe environment, and we will take appropriate measures to prevent damage, theft, or mishandling. However, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Liability for Services Provided

a. Perfect Fit 4x4 Consulting will not be liable for any damages or delays caused by the customer’s failure to comply with payment terms or misconduct.
b. Customers agree to indemnify and hold Perfect Fit 4x4 Consulting harmless for any damages, losses, or claims arising from their actions.

Miscellaneous

a. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Perfect Fit 4x4 Consulting and the customer regarding the services provided.
b. Perfect Fit 4x4 Consulting reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
c. Any amendments to these terms will be communicated to the customer in writing.
